GNO

This weekend, we had a GNO (Girls Night Out)...it was the first time I'd been out with some of them in years.  It was a great time, but waking up Sunday morning reminded me I can't stroll in at 4am anymore.  

We had dinner at Salsa's restaurant.  I started with a strawberry margarita.

Julie got herself a jumbo beer.  Huge!

I wasn't impressed with the food.  I had a taco salad and really it was more like taco soup...way too much sour cream and refried beans.  I think the others liked their meals, but the service was mediocre...I won't be going back.

We wound up going to a few different bars on Main street, some of which I didn't even know existed.  Things have certainly changed since I was 21 and into the bar scene.  We had some drinks, did a little dancing, and laughed how we were the oldest one's in the place.  We finished the night off at the Mystique casino...but not to gamble...we ate at the deli instead.  Greasy food after cocktails...some things never change. ;)
