Thursday morning, we woke up to these outside our hotel room.
And if that wasn't scary enough...we soon saw a headless one. *gasp*
Haha...well, it had the kids going for a minute.
We went to breakfast at the Garden Gallery, which is located in our resort. It offered a breakfast and dinner buffet...both of which were amazing.
The first morning, however, Riley opted for the Mickey waffle instead.
To get to the Magic Kingdom, we had to jump on the Shades of Green bus which took us to the transportation hub. From there, you could ride the monorail or ferry boat to Magic Kingdom or Epcot.
Grandpa and his excited group of grandkids!
We were just in time for a parade!
When my parents and siblings and I went to Disney in 1994, we got our pictures taken in these...now 17 years later it was my kids turn.
With all Rowyn's talk about her other mom that is a witch, we HAD to ride the Snow White ride. It was a little spooky, because the witch was lurking...trying to get Snow White to bite into the apple.
Next up...It's a Small World ride.
Just as lame as I remember.
But the little kids seemed to enjoy it.
Nice look, Meg.
We went on the haunted mansion ride.
That was pretty neat, all of us enjoyed it.
The Pirates of the Caribbean ride was also really neat.
The animatronics were amazing...especially the Jack Sparrow, he was so realistic, I thought it was an actor.
Splash Mountain was a big hit...and desperately needed to cool us off.
It was super hot that day and everyone was getting overheated, so we decided to go back to the hotel to swim and have dinner, before heading back to the Magic Kingdom later that night.
*Many of the pictures were taken by my sister Caitlin, who did an excellent job getting pictures when I was slacking!
