Whispering Canyon Cafe

Saturday night, we had dinner reservations at Disney's Wilderness Lodge Resort. 

Some of us had:


Our Famous Canyon Skillet All-You-Care-To-Enjoy - Includes mixed greens with apple vinaigrette and fresh baked cornbread, smoked pork ribs, pulled pork, oven-roasted chicken, pork sausage, mashed potatoes, creamy coleslaw, beans, and corn on the cob.

Others, including myself, had:

Sauteed Quinoa Cakes - Edamame. cucumber Salsa, grilled Zucchini and Tortilla Crisp

And they were delicious!

The restaurant was fun...halfway through the meal, they had all the kids line up and gave them each a 'pony' to ride.  They started up some riding music and they were off...making a big circle around the restaurant.

Another fun interaction they had was with the ketchup.

If your table needed ketchup, you had to yell...
"We need the ketchup!!"
And then whomever had it would run it over to you.

While at the Wilderness, Cooper's Aunt Caitlin bought him his birthday present.
Mommy wasn't thrilled, but Cooper sure was!
He wasted no time taking aim at something on our boat ride home.
